Key Numbers are not applied retrospectively to cases, so the new sub-classifications will only capture cases that are entered into Westlaw after the update. For older cases that are relevant to the new Key Numbers, try selecting the classification level above.

• sub-classification controlling third party​ added to Employment relationship

Professions and trades
