Checkpoint Tip - How to find a section of Legislation

- From the Checkpoint Home Page, select the Research menu option
- Select Legislation/Commentary from the Search Templates listed
- Enter the provision you are searching for into the Provision Number field.
Note: To help refine results, you can also enter the Legislation title. For example, Income Tax Act 2007 & DA 2
- Select the provision from the search results list
