We are pleased to introduce the newest member of our team of Training Specialists, Mark Norman.

Mark has over seven years’ experience in the legal publishing industry as a training consultant, working with clients to improve the research skills of users of online resources.

He also has over 10 years’ experience as a librarian in the UK and Australia, working in law firms, institutions providing training, research and current awareness solutions.

Mark loves getting stuck into a tricky research query and is passionate about supporting and advising clients to exploit and manage technological change to improve their team and organisational goals.
