Previously, the full text, which is converted from a judgment PDF, did not include any of the suppression banners that appear at the head of the judgment. 

Following feedback received, the individual suppression banners are now included in the searchable full text display, to alert readers to any publication restrictions applying to that judgment. This change applies to judgments received by Westlaw New Zealand from 2024 onwards.

Suppression banners will appear in a new section called 'Publication Restrictions' at the beginning of the judgment, above the main text, as shown in the example below.
