Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Act 2025
This Act received Royal assent on 20/8/25. The Act makes extensive amendments to the Resource Management Act 1991, as well as amendments to the Conservation Act 1987, Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003 and the Resource Management (Transitional, Fees, Rents, and Royalties) Regulations 1991.
