"2014 has been a year of many accomplishments, and it’s a delight to look back after a busy 12 months.

A cluster of new online launches in August and September saw the release of our new Resource Management and Personal Grievance ‘Tracker’ products, as well as the launch of the ground-breaking new legal research service - A to Z of New Zealand Law. We also extended our reach beyond the legal profession this year, with the joint release of two new ‘Solutions’ websites for Health & Safety and Human Resources professionals under our flagship Employment Today and Safeguard magazine brands. We made significant progress on Westlaw NZ, adding a number of enhancements to personalisation, alerts and general performance, while improvements to the "time travel" feature of our online legislation product suite saw the addition of 17,000 historic PDF versions of legislation.

We released our first subscription products to Thomson Reuters’ award-winning Proview eReader app, including McGechan on Procedure and Adams on Criminal Law; and continued to build out our books portfolio with important new publications in the areas of Elder Law, Insurance and Women in the Law.

New legislation kept our publishing team busy with the new District Court Rules which we were able to successfully incorporate, with commentary, into our Civil Procedure: District Courts & Tribunals service in time for the July 1 in-force date.   The team was tested once more with a change of similar magnitude when the new Financial Markets legislation regime came into force on 1 December. Once again, with a huge effort, they successfully got the massive number of amendments up on time.

Finally a huge thank you to our customers across all the professions and industries we service. You are the reason we do what we do, and it has been our pleasure to do business with you this year. Thank you for your on-going loyalty, and I wish you all a happy and restful Christmas holiday wherever you may be."

Customer Service Christmas/New Year hours

We are closed on Christmas (25th December) and New Year's Day (1st January 2015) .

On 24th December (Christmas Eve) and  31st December (New Year's Eve) we are open from 8am to 2pm.
