Shozib was trained as a lawyer and worked as a Solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property, including experience at one of ANZ’s largest boutique IP firms and at one of New Zealand’s largest full-service law firms.

Shozib has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Auckland, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics; Operations & Supply Chain Management). He was also admitted to the Bar and enrolled as an Officer of the High Court of New Zealand.

He made the transition to Thomson Reuters to build on his experience in the legal industry whilst developing expertise in the AI industry. He is passionate about the intersection of law and technology and interacting with clients, and prides himself on providing customers with bespoke and effective training sessions.
