Find relevant commentary in the Citing References Tab

1. Enter the section of legislation into the global search bar on the homepage. e.g., s 45 Residential Tenancies Act 1986  and select the section from the drop down menu displayed to open the document.

2. The Citing References tab will list any document that cites and is linked to the Provision.
3. Filter by secondary sources to display relevant commentary in Land Law,  A to Z of New Zealand Law chapters and Journal Articles.

Find case law citing legislation 

1. Filter citing references by Case Law on the left hand side. 
2. Search the case results by entering keyword(s) into the Search within results field.
3. Use the filters to narrow case results Date or by Jurisdiction.
