Westlaw NZ - Post Release Issues (Resolved)

Please be aware we are currently working to resolve a number of post release issues. A small number of users have experienced the following issues.
Post Release Issues:
- FirstPoint link showing for some users who do not subscribe to this services.
- Workaround: None
- Status: Resolved
- Some users are experiencing PDF and other icons not loading. Issue is limited to older versions of Internet Explorer.
- Fix: Upgrade to latest version of Internet Explorer or add www.westlaw.co.nz to trusted sites, click here to see how.
- Status: Resolved
- Some users experiencing issues with pages not loading correctly. Issue is limited to older versions of Internet Explorer.
- Fix: Upgrade to latest version of Internet Explorer.
- Workaround: Use Chrome or Firefox
- Status: Resolved
- Selecting email delivery icon and ticking Content = “List of Search Results” + Format = “LINK” throws an error.
- Workaround: Leave Content as default “Full Text Documents” and select Format = “LINK”
- Status: Resolved
- Some users are seeing a "How are we using your information" pop up when logging in and are unable to close it. Issue is limited to Internet Explorer.
- Workaround: Use Chrome or Firefox
- Status: Resolved
