Chapters in Adams — Criminal Procedure have been rigorously revised and rewritten as part of a focused effort to streamline the authored commentary and ensure its currency.

Bail Act 2000

Commentary to most of the Act has been completely revised and extensive new High Court case law has been added, including Katoa v Police [2023] NZHC 2194 (no travel condition) and Griffin v R [2023] NZHC 2222 (EM, consent and “transient” persons).
