/
Content updates

The Health and Disability Law Conference 2023 is being held at Te Papa in Wellington on 3 August 2023. Vida Law, who are hosting the conference, advise that “the conference is focused on providing an update on key areas of health and disability law”.

The conference is to be a full-day conference and aimed at lawyers, health professionals and others working in the health and disability sector.

There are a range of topics being spoken to by notable experts in the field and we are delighted that the commentary for two of the major Acts in the Family Law’s Incapacity product, Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988 and the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, published as part of the Thomson Reuters Handbook series, are to be available to registrants as well.

We are very proud of the Family Law Incapacity product and our author and general editor, Iris Reuvecamp, who is well known in the field.

Every full paying registrant will receive copies of the newly published commentaries. The cost of attending the conference is $695.00 plus GST. For further information, see the attached pdf or email: athenaeducationlimited@gmail.com.

Please find some time and go to this “must attend” conference. It is such a good opportunity to hear about developments, be galvanised and enjoy the support and companionship of your colleagues in this hard but difference-making area of law.
