Kylie is a partner at Smith Dunn, a new boutique law firm established in May 2024 with Bridget Smith that specialises in employment law and workplace investigations. Kylie has practised employment law for more than 20 years, most recently as a partner at Russell McVeagh (2016–2024). She has a particular interest in collective employment disputes and issues regarding senior executives.
