New Author for Family Law

/
Author updates

Thomson Reuters welcomes back Jane Hunter to the Family Law products; we never like to let our authors go and are always glad to see them back.

Sadly, we have had to say goodbye to Sharon Chandra, barrister, who had been authoring for the Adult Relationships (Marriage, Civil Union and Family Proceedings sections), Child Law (the international child abduction sections of the Care of Children Act 2004) and Family Property (Adult Maintenance chapter) products. We’ll certainly try to get her back when we can.

Fortunately, though, Jane has stepped into the breach. Jane is a very experienced practitioner in Family Law (and also civil and commercial litigation). She has worked for us before in Family Procedure and Family Property and we are so glad to have her back with us again.

Jane has 30 years' experience as a lawyer and advocate. She has an LLM (Hons) from Auckland University and currently works from Grenoble in Isère, France.
