Personal Grievances product completely revised and up-to-date

/
Content updates

The Personal Grievances product is now completely revised and up-to-date with new commentary and cases, but still keeping the leading cases on various points of law.

This product has been slimmed down but is still a comprehensive go to guide on all aspects of Personal Grievances, big and small. The authors, Dr Mary Foley and Chief Judge Christina Inglis of the Employment Court have worked incredibly hard to revise this product which looks both back at leading cases, comments on current cases and looks forward to future legislation and how this area of law may develop.
