Unsuccessful application by W for leave to appeal against a Court of Appeal minute, which had declined W's interlocutory application seeking answers to five questions.

 

Re Sixtus  [2023] NZSC 1

01 February 2023

Unsuccessful application by S for a review of the Deputy Registrar's decision to decline to waive a filing fee. S wished to appeal against (a) an earlier fee waiver refusal by the Court of Appeal and (b) the striking out of her claim in the High Court.
