The Trade and Competition Law Reports of New Zealand is a specialist law report series concerning the regulation of trade. It covers all aspects of the laws relating to trade, including procedural aspects. Cases decided under a wide range of commercial law statutes are included. Cases reported are primarily High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions, along with selected decisions from the Commerce Commission and some other specialist tribunals.
