Please be aware we are currently experiencing an issue with a sub set of the Forms & Precedents publications on Westlaw New Zealand.

Some Forms & Precedents Publications are missing content. 

We are actively working to resolve this issue and will update this article when we have more information to share on the ETA for resolution.

If you need a form or precedent urgently and it is not available on Westlaw you can contact our Tech Care Team who will email you the required documents.

  • Insolvency Precedents
  • Personal Grievances Precedents
  • Wills and Estates Precedents

Work continues to restore content to these three publications.
