/
Content updates

The Practical Law New Zealand team is pleased to announce the publication of two new suites of resources on Practical Law New Zealand. The new content is available under the Intellectual property and Corporate insolvency and restructuring topics and has been produced in collaboration with James & Wells and Duncan Cotterill respectively.

The IP content relates to intellectual property due diligence and includes a template legal due diligence questionnaire that focuses on issues relating to IP and information technology that may arise in asset or share purchases.

The new corporate insolvency resources include a deed of indemnity for use where a liquidator is being appointed to a solvent company in a voluntary liquidation. Deeds of indemnity for use where an administrator and a receiver are being appointed are also now available.
