High Court Rules - Changes

There has been a recent change to the High Court Rules.  The name is now officially High Court Rules 2016, and they can now be found in Regulations of NZ and also McGechan on Procedurein Westlaw NZ.

If you have an existing quick link to the High Court Rules, this may no longer work as it did before.  You can easily reset or create a quick link as follows:

Step 1:  From the Westlaw NZ home page, find the document that you want to quick link to - using the Legislation and Commentary search template is the simplest way to do this.

Step 2:  Once you're looking at the beginning of the High Court Rules 2016, click the star symbol underneath the title:

A quick link will appear in your list of quick links in the right pane of the screen.  The link will be updated automatically, as changes to the High Court Rules take place.
