That’s what Anne Ingram Thomson Reuters Account Manager believes and knows to be true.

That’s a belief she’s put into action through the geographic area she serves - all of Wellington, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa, Hawkes Bay and New Plymouth, and everything in between.

Anne is no stranger to frontline customer positions having worked in them for many years. While they ranged in product from classified media advertising to real estate the thread linking them is constant: – each was dependent on forming positive personal client relationships for success.

When she arrived at Thomson Reuters Anne was initially in a product marketing role.  Here she oversaw the introduction of two highly successful flagship products: FindCase and CiteCase. Despite enjoying being part of marketing when an opportunity came up to return to the front line by joining the sales team she leapt at it.

Being an Account Manager she says is a role more suited to her preferred modus operandi as it combines the freedom and independence to exercise her own style whilst establishing ongoing relationships with her customers. In Anne’s words,  she “personalises the corporate face” to function as a highly responsive conduit or touch-point between businesses, interpreting and meeting their needs as best as she is able.

Anne comments that her relationship-building work is made a great deal easier through knowing that the products she offers as solutions are the best there are; combining cutting edge functionality with currency of information. Because of her desire to know her client’s, to understand their needs, the people she serves appreciate her efforts to create individualised and tailored information and service solutions.

When she’s away from work you’ll find her enjoying those simple things that make life special: sharing meals with family and friends, walking the hills and beaches of the Eastern Suburbs of Wellington,  reading a good book or travelling.
