Meet Lee-Ann Kritos, our Nothern Regional Sales Manager Thomson Reuters based in Auckland. It is her job to oversee employees whose work covers a broad spectrum of activities. In her team there are the Auckland based trainers, tele-sales and advertising staff, as well as Tax and Accounting, Academic and Legal account managers.  

Lee-Ann has been with Thomson Reuters fourteen years. Her first role with the company was as an account manager covering part of the Waikato, as well as Auckland Central and South. That role introduced her to key account customers; for example, Courts, Simpson Grierson and Bell Gully.

What was important then is still important to her now.

Customer Service

That is consistent, customer first focussed service. To achieve this she knows that maintaining a positive working environment is crucial. She is proud to manage a team of, as she puts it: intelligent, competent, professional people intent on creating the best possible solutions for their clients.

When Lee-Ann is not busy supporting her staff to do their best, she’s at home enjoying her family of three boys; her husband and two young sons of five and seven years old. They enjoy that she likes to cook. Fresh bread anyone? A glass of wine to go with it?
