ProView Enhancement – Linking to Case Law on Westlaw NZ

Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce that New Zealand legal titles on the ProView eReader platform will now link to case law on Westlaw NZ.

The cases linking feature will be available for all New Zealand legal titles, including updates to subscription titles and eBook titles, published from June 2016. If the user accesses both ProView and Westlaw NZ with the same OnePass logon, the user will be automatically and seamlessly signed-on to Westlaw NZ when clicking on a case law link in ProView.

Links on case titles will go to the case summary tab on Westlaw NZ, whereas links on law report citations will go to the law report tab and links on media-neutral and unreported citations will go to the judgment text tab.
