Westlaw NZ Access Issues (RESOLVED)
Please be aware some users are experiencing issues accessing Westlaw NZ at present. You may receive an error stating:
"An error has occurred. You may be accessing from outside your organisations IP Range. If you are not IP Fixed please contact Technical Support on 0800 10 60 25 for assistance."
The issue is not effecting all users and is limited to Westlaw NZ.

We are investigating the cause and apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

We have taken steps to resolve this issue for the majority of our customers, however a small number of users continue to experience errors when accessing Westlaw NZ.
We are not able to continue offering temporary access at this time, however we can apply a fix to impacted users if they contact us directly.
