When Brookers Online, our first legal research platform, was released it was regarded as the complete one-stop portal.  Time moves on and in the online world that's at speed.  In the intervening years between launch and now, changes, improvements and new developments in online technology steadily marched on. Inevitably Brookers Online became 'old' and in need of significant overhaul to meet the increasingly sophisticated demands of its users.
