Support coverage over holiday period
ANZ Customer Support will be available through the holiday and new year period, except on public holidays. Please see dates and support coverage listed below as well as contact phone numbers and emails in case you need to get in touch with us.
Full customer support for AU and NZ customers up until COB 22nd December.
25th - 26th Dec: public holidays, closed.
27th - 29th Dec: customer care and technical consultants will be available between 8am and 4pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
1st Jan: public holiday, closed.
2nd Jan: customer care and technical consultants will be available between 8am and 4pm AEDT.
3rd - 5th Jan: full customer and technical support will recommence between regular hours of 6am to 6pm AEDT.
