Civil Aviation Act 2023 comes into force
The Civil Aviation Act 2023 came into force on Saturday 5 April 2025 and was a welcome replacement and modernisation of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. It also repeals the Airport Authorities Act 1966 but not until 5 April 2030.
