Checkpoint has several default settings that you can change to suit your individual research requirements.  This can be done by navigating to the Preferences page. 

Organise, manage, and share your research by storing documents, searches, and snippets of text into folders that you create.

Checkpoint provides several options for managing content that you have saved in your Folders. Folders can be created and renamed, items can be moved to other folders and to the recycle bin for deletion or can be printed, exported, or emailed.

There are various ways to add Annotations to a document. This ensures important information is easily located within the document. Annotated documents can also be saved to My Folders.

Share your folders and the associated sub-folders with other Checkpoint users within your organisation.

You can print, email, or export individual documents, multiple documents, or your search results within Checkpoint. 

Search Alerts can be setup in Checkpoint to send email notifications when new content is added to the platform.  Two types of Alerts can be setup, Product Based Alerts and Search Based Alerts.

The Natural Language search provides you with the option to enter your search as a question or phrase. Checkpoint will return the most relevant results from your Commentary products that best match the key words you’ve entered. The Natural Language search is available on the Basic Template which is located on the Research page.
