The primary focus of this course is to find, filter, navigate and save case law.

This session will show you how to effectively unearth case law using citations, titles, the Key Number system, and the Advanced Cases search. 

You’ll also be able to see at a glance whether a case is still good law and make the most of Westlaw’s new Key Number system to effectively find cases by their subject. 

Apply post-search filters to reduce your results and set up alerts to follow cases of interest.
