- To find a commentary publication, type the title into the global search bar and select from the list. e.g., Company Law
- The Table of Contents will be displayed. Click Index.
- An alphabetised index of topics related to Company Law will displayed with the relevant commentary paragraph.
- Click on the title linked in blue to view the commentary. e.g., share buy-backs CA58.01(7)
- To search the Index, click on the
search icon and enter terms into the search field e.g., “foreign court”.
